Out-of-Network Benefits:
If you choose to use out-of-network benefits through your insurance company, you may be eligible for reimbursement. We will assist you in this process by providing you with a Super bill to give to your insurance company. If eligible, your insurance company will them reimburse you. Although many people use out-of-network benefits without a problem, Hope and Wellness Therapy cannot guarantee that your insurance company will provide reimbursement.
